1. Digital Nature of the Service

Sixart provides AI-generated digital content and compute that is delivered and consumed immediately. Because credits are spent the moment a generation runs, consumed credits are generally non-refundable.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan remains active until the end of the current period.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

3. Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been used. Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, at our discretion.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue a refund in cases such as:

• A duplicate or erroneous charge.
• A failed payment that was charged but for which credits or access were not delivered.
• A verified service fault on our side that prevented you from using purchased credits.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with AI outputs, which may be inaccurate or unexpected by nature, or for change of mind after credits have been consumed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@projectx38.com from the address associated with your account, including your order ID and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
